Ronald Bower, who spent 23 years in prison for sex crimes that an ever-growing number of law enforcement officials believe he did not commit, was released on parole on Thursday, June 12. His daughter Kristy, who was only 4 when Bower was arrested, was the first person to greet him outside of prison walls. Here's their emotional reunion.
